Aaron

Aaron is a musician first. He taught himself guitar at age 12 and has spent his life in love with sound — what it does to a room, to a body, to a mood. Sound bath healing wasn’t a departure from that. It was a natural next step.
After experiencing the healing effects of sound bath firsthand, he was hooked. What began with a set of crystal bowls has grown into a full practice — private sessions, group events, and a certification in sound bowl therapy earned in spring 2025. The results speak for themselves: clients report a greater sense of calm, relief from headaches and migraines, and — for those who normally find it nearly impossible — a chance to actually relax.
Aaron’s love of music and his gentle spirit come through in every session.
What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is exactly what it sounds like — you are bathed in sound. There is nothing to do, nowhere to be, and nothing to figure out. You simply lie down, close your eyes, and let the sound do its work.
Aaron draws from a rich collection of instruments: crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, guitar, rain sticks, thunder gourds, and an ocean disk. Together they create a layered, meditative soundscape that quiets the mind and settles the nervous system in a way that is difficult to describe and easy to feel.
Private Sessions
An hour of sound, tailored entirely to you.
Private sessions are held at In The Hills. You’ll rest on a memory foam cot with a pillow and blankets — genuinely comfortable, not an afterthought. For a full hour, Aaron creates a live, evolving soundscape around you.
What makes private sessions unique is the personal attention. Aaron will place Himalayan singing bowls directly on your body, allowing the resonance to move through you rather than simply around you. The vibration at that proximity is something most people have never experienced — and most say it’s the part they remember most.
At the end of the hour, he brings you out gently and mindfully. You won’t be jolted back to reality. The transition is part of the session.
Group Sound Baths
The same healing experience, shared with others.
Group sound baths are held at In The Hills and fill up each time they’re offered. Participants settle onto yoga mats with bolsters, blankets, and pillows — fully supported and comfortable for the duration of the session.
Aaron leads the soundscape, and Libby joins in — together they layer instruments and sound to create something richer than either could alone. The experience is the same deep rest and restoration as a private session, shared in community with others.
