Libby

I came to this work the same way most people come to In The Hills — curious, a little skeptical, and quietly hoping something would help.

Each of the practices I offer found me at a different point in my life. What they have in common is that they work — on me first, and now on the people I’m honored to serve. My goal in every session is simple: to help you feel good in your own body, and to trust what you already know.

Reflexology

The only ARCB board-certified reflexologist in Northwest Georgia.

I discovered reflexology through curiosity and stayed because of results. After experiencing its effects firsthand, I knew I wanted to share it.

I’ve been in practice since 2019 and became nationally board certified through the American Reflexology Certification Board (ARCB) in 2020 — a distinction that requires rigorous training and examination, and one no other reflexologist in this region currently holds. I am formally trained in both Western Zone Therapy and Thai Reflexology, which allows me to draw from two distinct traditions depending on what your body needs.

A session with me is quiet, unhurried, and deeply restorative. Pressure is applied to specific points on the feet that correspond to systems throughout the body. Most clients leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more at ease than when they arrived.

Yoga

Over two decades of practice. A teacher who actually teaches.

I began practicing yoga in 2001 and started teaching in 2003. I completed formal Hatha yoga teacher training in 2012, and in 2013 opened a yoga studio with one clear intention: to create a space where anyone could learn and practice without fear of judgment.

My background is a little unusual — I’ve also taught mathematics since 2003, and those same skills shape how I teach yoga. I don’t just lead you through a sequence. I explain the why behind each pose, offer modifications, and meet you where you are. If you’ve ever felt lost or intimidated in a yoga class, a session with me will feel different.

Private sessions are tailored entirely to you — your body, your pace, your goals.

Tarot

A grounded space for clarity and reflection.

My first tarot deck arrived out of pure curiosity. What happened next felt less like learning and more like remembering — as if the language of the cards was already familiar.

I offer tarot readings for people who are navigating a decision, sitting with uncertainty, or simply wanting to hear their own inner voice a little more clearly. I don’t predict the future. What I do is help you access the guidance that’s already within you — that still, small voice that knows more than we give it credit for.

Sessions are thoughtful, conversational, and entirely judgment-free.
